Obsolete Humanity is a Belgian death metal band created in December 2018 in Liège. The band was born from the efforts of 4 musicians, Tom, Bernard, Cesar and Simon. Quickly another “band member” joins the project, Lucas, who works on sound and many technical aspects.
For the band, the Humanity is obsolete, the value of mankind is the least consideration of the system. What guides the path of mankind is neither the faith, the science nor a shared ideology. Only inertia. Obsolete Humanity wants to explore this inertia, this nonsense of society. The path is dark, solitary and you would die alone. Among man no one care about your scream.
To develop this universe, the band created a mix of death and groove metal. Mixing together the brutality and the speed to create a massive punchy sound.
